Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3D-Printed Items Policy

Nearly all Punk3d Prints products are produced using additive manufacturing (3D printing). Due to the nature of this process:

  • Minor layer lines, subtle texture differences, or slight surface variations are normal and expected.

  • Small imperfections that do not affect function or overall appearance are not considered defects.

  • Color appearance may vary slightly from listing photos due to filament batch variations and monitor differences.

Custom 3D prints, personalized items, and made-to-order designs cannot be returned, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.


Return Conditions for 3D Prints

To qualify for a return of a 3D-printed item:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • No signs of assembly, modification, sanding, gluing, painting, or heat exposure.

  • No structural damage caused by improper handling (drops, bending, overtightening screws, etc.).

  • All included parts and hardware must be present.

Returns that show signs of alteration or misuse will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In these cases, return shipping costs are not deducted from your refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Made-to-order 3D prints (unless defective)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
