Processing & Production Times
Most items from Punk3d Prints are made to order, and production time can vary based on print complexity and queue volume.
Standard production time:

3–7 business days for most 3D-printed items

Up to 10 business days during peak seasons or for large/multi-part prints
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining high print quality.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Rush Order Fee (Optional)
If you need your order printed and shipped faster than our standard production window, we offer a Rush Order Service.
Rush Order Details

Adds priority placement in our print queue

Reduces production time to 1–2 business days (depending on item size and filament availability)

Does not upgrade the shipping speed — customers must select a faster shipping method at checkout if needed
Rush Order Fee:
$10–$25, depending on the size and complexity of the print.
(The exact fee will be shown on eligible product pages or available upon request.)
Rush orders may be limited during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
Domestic (United States) Shipping
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

International Shipping
Delivery times vary by region:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
If your package is:

Returned to us → reshipment is available; additional shipping fees apply

Delivered to the wrong address due to customer error → refunds cannot be issued
For address changes, contact us immediately.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order says delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

Ask neighbors or household members

Wait 24 hours

We will assist in filing a carrier claim.
Packages confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded.
Packages marked delivered but stolen cannot be refunded.
Preorders & Large Custom Prints
Large or complex prints may require extended production times.
Estimated ship dates will be provided on product pages and in your order confirmation.
Packaging & Sustainability
We use durable packaging designed to protect 3D-printed items from crushing, bending, and moisture.
Recyclable materials are used whenever possible.
